Nilufer Soucek, Owner
	The concept of “Splendor” is based on Turkish hospitality, and sums up Nil’s inspiration for the company: To help event organizers, party planners, or just those looking for a fabulous gift, to pamper their guests with comfort. After four years as a wedding coordinator, Nil helped a multitude of brides find solutions for cold weather, extreme heat and wedding day rain, and noticed that her clients really wanted to treat their guests to the best of everything and create an enjoyable experience. For those brides, offering their guests Splendor Shawls, Parasols & Umbrellas became the simple, ideal solution – time and time again! Thus, Splendor was born.
Lori Ryno, Business Development Director
	With over 25 years of sales and marketing experience, Lori has spent the last 18 years as a Certified Image Consultant. She assists brides, hotels, resorts and event venues with all of their weather-proofing needs – from umbrellas, parasols and shawls to actual table and chair designs focused on providing instant glamour while preserving guest aesthetics. As Splendor’s Style Consultant, Lori also provides color, fashion and style direction for Splendor brides in order to create their perfect engagement and wedding day look. Lori has been featured on Forbes.com, Denver Woman Magazine, In/Ur Magazine and was recognized by Colorado Expressions Magazine as a top Image Consultant.
Leyla Saltuk, Creative Director
	Leyla brings a vast array of Interior Design experience, creative vision and an exceptionally high level of customer service to Splendor. Through her careful guidance and expert eye for design, Leyla helps clients feel confident about their selections and excited about incorporating shawls and umbrellas in their weddings. Sourcing fabrics and other textiles, Leyla travels to Istanbul several times a year to hand-select only the finest, most unique fabrics and best quality shawls for our clients. She even helps clients custom-design one-of-a-kind shawls – a truly unique service.
